  Wonderful business to work with! The entire staff from our first visit until picking up our new camper was great. Rick, Jeff, Lisa, Mark, and all the others were so helpful and nice to work with. They took the time to answer all of our questions and there was NO high pressure sales. The other dealers we went to were high pressure and could not answer my questions when asked. Mark during the orientation was great and went over everything about our camper so I understood. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks so much!!!

  I can't say enough about this dealership, they go above and beyond with customer service. We got a very fair price on the new 5th wheel and the best trade in price on our travel trailer. BUT and here is were they stand apart, after picking up our camper we ran into some problems (which can happen with a new camper). I called Holiday Hour and with no argument the owner said we will fix this. A few hours later Rick and one of his techs show up at our campsite to fix everything. This was after hours on a Saturday, I know this would not happen with the "big box" guys. When you make your decision on who to buy from don't forget think about how much it's worth to buy from a guy who drives a hour and half to fix his customers campers, just to make things right.
